Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
∎ At least 6-12 months of experience in web development.
∎ Proficiency in Laravel, JavaScript.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to tackle challenges with creativity.
∎ Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
∎ A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
∎ A portfolio showcasing personal projects or code samples is a bonus.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with experienced developers, designers, and product managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
∎ Learn and apply coding best practices to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
∎ Participate in software design discussions and contribute ideas to improve project outcomes.
∎ Assist in debugging and troubleshooting software issues, under the guidance of senior team members.
∎ Contribute to the development lifecycle, including coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
∎ Embrace a continuous learning mindset, keeping up with new technologies and industry trends.
∎ Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your technical and professional skills.
∎ Participate in code reviews, learning from feedback and improving your coding abilities.
∎ Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
