Job Responsibilities
Provide professional consultation to clients regarding international visa and immigration services.
Explain visa requirements, eligibility criteria, documentation, and application procedures.
Assist clients in preparing and organizing visa application documents.
Check and verify client documents for accuracy and completeness.
Communicate with clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about visa processing.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
Maintain client databases, update records, and prepare reports using computer applications.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth application processing.
Build professional relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned targets and contribute to business development.
Stay updated on international visa regulations and immigration policies.
Educational Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in visa consultancy, immigration, travel agency, or customer service will be an advantage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Female candidates only.
Must have good computer operating skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and Internet browsing.
Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Basic knowledge of documentation and office applications.
Excellent client-handling and interpersonal skills.
