Education
B.Pharm/M.Pharm from a reputed university with a sound academic record.
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 30 years
Relevant experience in pharmaceutical warehousing, inventory management, or material handling will be preferred.
Experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical facility will be an advantage.
Good organizational, coordination, and documentation skills.
Computer proficiency, including MS Office applications and inventory management systems, where applicable.
Responsibilities & Context
Receive, inspect, store, and issue raw materials, packaging materials, and other supplies in accordance with approved SOPs and GMP requirements.
Maintain proper material identification, labeling, and segregation according to quarantine, approved, rejected, and other applicable statuses.
Ensure appropriate storage conditions and maintain temperature and humidity records, where required.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, and Supply Chain departments to ensure proper material sampling, verification of material status, and issuance of materials only with the appropriate approved status during dispensing.
Ensure material issuance follows the FIFO and FEFO principles, as applicable.
Maintain accurate inventory records, material traceability, stock reconciliation, and material movement documentation.
Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and material availability to support uninterrupted production planning.
Ensure proper housekeeping, safe material handling, and compliance with applicable GMP and warehouse requirements.
Support inventory verification, internal audits, and regulatory inspections.
