Education
Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a relevant engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 35 years
Relevant experience in industrial or pharmaceutical equipment maintenance will be preferred.
Experience with sterile manufacturing equipment and pharmaceutical utility systems will be an advantage.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment installation, and technical documentation.
Responsibilities & Context
Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of sterile manufacturing, filling, sealing, lyophilization, and packaging equipment, as assigned.
Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control-system faults within the scope of technical competence.
Support equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, and performance verification activities.
Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance schedules, equipment history records, breakdown reports, and maintenance documentation.
Coordinate with Production and QA to ensure maintenance activities are performed under appropriate GMP controls.
Support spare-parts management, equipment modification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure proper equipment checks and documentation before returning equipment to service.
Follow safety procedures, permit-to-work requirements, and lockout/tagout practices.
Help minimize equipment downtime and improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
