Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Page Moderator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and moderate our social media pages, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively, and our online presence is engaging and consistent with our brand values.
∎ Key Responsibilities:Take customer orders directly from social media pages, confirm order details, and coordinate with the sales team for fulfillment. Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner. Complete daily parcel target.
∎ Qualifications:must be h.s.c completedPrevious retail sales experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for cosmetics and skincareAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends.Must Have Knowledge About SkinCare And lifestyle Products
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ ( 16k-18k with Commission )
