Responsibilities & Context:
Wash Production Manager — Short Job Responsibilities
Manage daily washing production and meet shipment targets.
Ensure correct wash recipe, shade, hand feel, and quality.
Control washing processes, manpower, machines, chemicals, and costs.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Merchandising, R&D, and Maintenance.
Reduce rewash, defects, wastage, and production losses.
Monitor productivity, efficiency, and machine utilization.
Ensure safety, compliance, and environmental standards.
Lead the washing team and solve production problems.
