SECURITY & PROTOCOL ASSISTANT

Minimum qualification: HSC or equivalent

APPRENTICESHIP & PAY

Successful candidates will begin as Grade 8 paid apprentices.

- Grade 8: BDT 11,100 per month or BDT 427 per day.
- After successfully completing the apprenticeship with satisfactory performance and conduct, the candidate may be promoted to Grade 7.
- Grade 7: BDT 20,650 per month or BDT 794 per day.

Pay is based on the applicable Government Gazette. Assigned work shifts may vary according to operational requirements. Promotion to Grade 7 is subject to satisfactory performance and is not automatic.

ROLE

Maintain security and order at the assigned workplace, assist visitors and operate security systems while following workplace and safety requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Monitor the premises and access points.
- Control and record entry and exit.
- Patrol assigned areas and report incidents or security concerns.
- Maintain order and discipline.
- Assist visitors courteously.
- Operate CCTV, access-control and other security systems.
- Maintain security and visitor records.
- Follow and enforce applicable security, health and safety procedures.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

- HSC or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain records.
- Security experience is an advantage.
