Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure smooth execution of washing production of the factory as per the buyer`s specifications and meet the shipment schedule.
Minimizing production costs and maintaining current quality standards
Responsible for washing production output, product quality and on-time shipment
Ensure the optimum productivity in accordance with global standard.
Give necessary guidelines/ support to meet the shipment schedule and deliver products with required quality.
Prepare and monitor budget to achieve goals in line with company goals.
Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs, and career development plans.
Lead safety, quality, and compliance activities in the workplace to ensure zero NC.
Responsible for reporting production cost, maintenance, consumption, monthly stock, people, quality, and safety for effective decision-making by management.
Comply with clean desk policy in place to increase productivity and stay organized.
Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
Perform any other task as assigned by the management.
