MARSH Services & Outsourcing is hiring WARD BOY (Contractual) for a reputed Hospital.

General Duties

• Assist nursing staff and doctors in providing basic patient care.

• Escort and transport patients within the hospital (e.g., to diagnostic rooms, operation theaters, or discharge areas).

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient wards and surroundings.

• Deliver and collect files, specimens, and medical reports between departments.

Patient Assistance

• Help patients with mobility, positioning, and basic needs (e.g., feeding, bathing, dressing).

• Assist in lifting and transferring patients from bed to wheelchair or stretcher.

• Support elderly or disabled patients in moving around safely.

• Provide comfort and reassurance to patients and their families.

Administrative & Miscellaneous

• Carry out errands for medicines, blood samples, or medical equipment.

• Follow hospital rules, safety measures, and infection control guidelines.
