Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet customers warmly and present menus.
∎ Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
∎ Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
∎ Ensure that tables are set and clean before guests arrive.
∎ Attend to guests' needs during their dining experience, including refilling drinks and addressing any issues or requests.
∎ Process payments and provide accurate change or credit card receipts.
∎ Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dining area and service stations.
∎ Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.
∎ Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
∎ Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
∎ Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
∎ Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter or in a similar role within the food industry.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
∎ Customer-focused with a positive and approachable demeanor.
∎ Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and dining etiquette.
∎ Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
∎ High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
∎ The position requires a commitment of 6 hours per day.
∎ Uniforms and other necessary work attire will be provided.
