Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Have to work in Hospitality Management.
∎ To serve food and beverage as per standard in exclusive dining for foreign guests, local &VIP guests & conference rooms.
∎ Relaying orders to the kitchen staff in a clear and organized manner, ensuring that special requests or modifications are accurately communicated.
∎ To provide service including cleaning the conference room.
∎ Delivering food and beverages to guests' tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring that plates are presented attractively, and drinks are refilled as needed.
∎ Maintaining a neat and professional appearance, including wearing appropriate attire and maintaining personal hygiene.
∎ To perform related duties as per requirements and assignments.
∎ Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
∎ Load and unload dishwashing machines
∎ Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately
∎ Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours.
∎ For waiter:
