∎ Minimum 1 year of experience in a Japanese or Asian restaurant
∎ Experience in a hotel, club, or fine dining setup is preferred
∎ Smart, well-groomed, and well-mannered
∎ Good communication skills in Bangla; basic English understanding preferred
∎ Knowledge of Japanese dining etiquette and table setup is a plus
∎ Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

∎ Greet and serve members and guests in a professional and friendly manner
∎ Present menu items clearly, especially explaining Japanese dishes and ingredients
∎ Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen promptly
∎ Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring proper presentation and temperature
∎ Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the dining area
∎ Coordinate with kitchen staff and supervisors to ensure smooth service
∎ Handle member complaints and requests politely and promptly
∎ Follow hygiene, grooming, and service standards as per club policy
∎ Job Context:
∎ Gulshan Club Limited is looking for a smart, courteous, and well-trained Waiter to serve in our Restaurant Department. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Japanese or Asian cuisine service, with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent member service.
