Job Purpose:
Ensure customer satisfaction by serving food with quality with proper time management.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain proper dress code and serve food to guests.
Maintain proper etiquette with guests and participants.
Maintain the time for food service for every batch and mess boarder.
Keep the utensils on the proper places before the mealtime.
Inform the management authority/supervisor regarding any lost/damaged items of dining and kitchen.
He/she should be able to serve food/snacks at other locations aside from dining.
Keeping every utensil neat and clean after snacks or meal time.
Planning and maintaining of the dining time management for the boarders, guests and participants.
Keeping the wash zone area neat with proper materials.
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
