Job Context:
∎ Application from eligible candidates who have minimum 02 to 03 years experience with similar job (Visualizer) - (Advertising Agency / Real Estate).
∎ Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for this position.
∎ Applicants must fulfill the selection criteria.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be able to enhance the aesthetics of visual presentation materials (including social media posts and brochures) according to company brand guidelines.
∎ Have in-depth knowledge of relevant software required for visualization support (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, SketchUp, 3D Max, Lumion, and Auto CAD)
∎ Coordinate closely with the design department and marketing department to plan and visualize the project billboards and fencing.
∎ Coordinate closely with the design department and marketing department to plan and visualize the project's perspectives.
∎ Coordinate closely with the design department and marketing department to plan and visualize the project's interiors
∎ Generate Rendered Architectural Layout Plans
∎ Be able to generate short 3D Animations of projects within provided timeline.
∎ Be up to date on the latest software required for visualization works
∎ Be familiar with the latest AI tools to generate any images or videos if required.
∎ Work with Service providers or consultants when required on any project visualizations.
∎ Compile all visualization materials and present them to other departments when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
∎ Must be a non smoker.
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills in Bengali.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
