Job Description
Universal Education is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Visa & Immigration Expert with strong expertise in UK, Australia, New Zealand, and European visa processing. The ideal candidate will also take on a Team Lead role, managing consultants and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end visa and immigration processing for UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe
Assess client profiles and provide accurate visa guidance and eligibility advice
Stay updated with immigration laws, policies, and procedural changes
Review and prepare visa documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
Lead, train, and support a team of visa consultants
Monitor team performance and maintain service quality standards
Coordinate with internal teams, embassies, and external stakeholders
Ensure timely submission and follow-up of visa applications
Requirements
3–4 years of proven experience in visa and immigration processing
Strong expertise in UK, Australia, New Zealand, and European visas
Prior experience as a Team Lead or Senior Consultant preferred
In-depth knowledge of visa documentation, compliance, and procedures
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
