• Age 24 to 35 years

Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in electronics media, online newspaper, or news portal.

Proficiency in operating and editing on both MAC and Windows platforms.

Communicate effectively with content head / team members/ managers and stakeholders to ensure that editing projects meet deadlines and quality standards.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.

• Edit and assemble raw footage into professional-grade video content, optimizing the final product for various platforms (social media, YouTube, websites, ads, etc.)
• Ensure that all music, footage, and other media assets used are copyright-free or properly licensed, adhering to copyright law and platform guidelines.
• Maintain a library of copyright-free resources (music, sound effects, video clips, images).
• Tailor edits to suit different social media and digital platforms, ensuring the correct aspect ratios, captions, and resolutions (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Offer creative input on video storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics to ensure each video resonates with the target audience.
• Apply creative visual effects, transitions, color grading, and other post-production techniques to enhance video quality.
• Keep up to date with copyright laws and ensure all content produced adheres to them.
• Create and integrate basic motion graphics and visual effects as needed, ensuring they align with the project’s tone and message.
• Offer creative input on video storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics to ensure each video resonates with the target audience.
• Experience with camera operation and understanding of basic camera settings, framing, and lighting for high-quality footage , ability to shoot video content when needed, along with a strong grasp of composition and shot selection, is considered as plus point.
• Organize and manage media files, assets, and project folders efficiently.
• Ensure all video assets are properly labeled, backed up, and archived for future use.
