∎ Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Media, Communication, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
∎ Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio.
∎ Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Audition, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, and other editing software
∎ Basic knowledge of color grading and sound editing.
∎ Creativity and a strong visual sense.
∎ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
∎ Strong communication and teamwork skills.

∎ Plan and set up video concepts and production workflows
∎ Utilize AI-based editing tools to enhance efficiency and creativity
∎ Possess a solid understanding of motion graphics principles
∎ Experienced in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for asset creation and manipulation
∎ Create engaging social-media reels, promotional videos, and other content formats
∎ Have basic videography and lighting-setup experience, or a willingness to learn on the job
∎ Demonstrate enthusiasm for developing creative ideas and collaborating effectively within a team
