Additional Requirements:
- Age 24 to 32 years
- 2+ years of proven experience as a video editor
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut, Filmora, DaVinci Resolve and Canva
- Expert in Motion Graphics
- Experience with social media video formats
- Strong knowledge of visual effects and audio editing
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio
- This is a 100% office-based role; remote applicants will not be considered
- If your salary expectation exceeds 30,000 BDT, please do not apply for this position. Our fixed salary range is 18,000 BDT to 30,000 BDT, and we will not consider candidates expecting more
Responsibilities & Context:
- Edit video content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms
- Add graphics, text overlays, transitions and sound effects as needed
- Trim footage segments and assemble the final sequence
- Work closely with the creative team to understand project goals and deliver content accordingly
- Apply color correction, audio adjustments and visual effects to enhance the final output
- Maintain brand tone and style consistency across all videos
- Manage and organize media files efficiently
- Stay up to date with the latest video editing trends, tools and techniques
- Produce edits for promotional ads, reels, tutorials, testimonials and product showcases
- Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM & 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Weekend: Saturday (Fixed)
