Requirements:

• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse video and animation projects (mandatory).

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud – After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.

• Familiarity with AI-based animation tools; knowledge of DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro is a plus.Proven ability to use storytelling, pacing, and current design trends effectively in visual content.Experience with 3D tools such as Blender is a strong advantage.

• 0–2 years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, or animation (freshers with solid portfolios are welcome).

• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

UpSkill Bangladesh is seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphics Expert with hands-on experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and AI-based animation tools. The ideal candidate will bring stories to life through visually stunning edits, animations, and motion graphics, contributing to our growing library of digital and educational content.

Job Location: Skill House (6th Floor), Pragati Sarani, Baridhara, Dhaka

Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (Friday & Saturday are holidays)

Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Bangladesh Time) — includes a 1-hour lunch break

Salary: 20,000 BDT (Fixed)

Key Responsibilities:

• Take raw footage and edit professional-grade videos for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.

• Design and build motion graphics, animations, and visual effects (VFX).

• Combine live-action and animated elements to create seamless, engaging visuals.

• Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to deliver high-quality video content aligned with project goals.

• Utilize AI animation tools to enhance workflow efficiency and creativity.

• Optimize video content for various digital platforms, ensuring consistent quality and branding.

• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, animation techniques, and creative technologies.

Work with global clients. 5-day work
