Job Summary:

Shabuj Global Education is seeking a talented and creative Video Editor cum Motion Graphics Designer to support our growing digital and educational content initiatives. The role involves editing impactful videos and creating engaging motion graphics to enhance our learning materials, marketing campaigns, and brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for storytelling, understands how visuals support learning and communication, and can transform concepts into compelling video content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit educational, promotional, and social media videos to a high standard

• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, titles, lower thirds, and visual effects

• Collaborate with academic, marketing, and creative teams to understand content objectives

• Translate scripts, concepts, and ideas into visually appealing video content

• Enhance videos with sound design, background music, voiceovers, and color correction

• Ensure all video content aligns with Shabuj Global Education’s brand identity and quality standards

• Manage multiple projects and deliver content within agreed timelines

• Organize project files and maintain an efficient post-production workflow

• Stay up to date with video editing, animation, and digital media trends—especially in the education sector
  
  

  Required Skills & Qualifications

  ·        Proven experience as a Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer

  ·        Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator

  ·        Good understanding of motion design principles, pacing, and visual storytelling

  ·        Knowledge of video formats and optimization for platforms like YouTube, social media, and websites

  ·        Basic skills in audio editing and color grading

  ·        Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

  ·        Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
