Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Adobe After Effects,Adobe Illustrator,Adobe Photoshop,adobe premiere,Final Cut Pro,Hardware & Networking
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Graphics Design, video editing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Hospital
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive, organize and edit uncut video and audio assets and prepare for post-production
∎ Video editing, story sequencing, sound design, graphics design and color correction/grading
∎ Create and animate title graphics, transitions etc.
∎ Work with a variety of media and formats
∎ Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with a sense of urgency
∎ Must have the ability to effectively navigate within a complex organization and complex product line and meet deliverable deadlines
∎ Monitor and optimize video campaigns using tools like YouTube and Facebook
∎ Publish final video files to social media channels and internal media platforms
∎ Identify opportunities to optimize or enhance existing video content based on current marketing trends
∎ Stay up-to-date on digital video trends, equipment and best practices
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to think about innovative idea, concept, design and propose micro-campaigns to the management
∎ In-depth knowledge about Digital Platform
∎ Good graphics sense and knowledge in tools
∎ Proficiency in Office Suite (e.g. MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc.)
∎ Self-Motivated with ability to work independently under constant deadline pressure and beyond normal office hour, if occasionally needed, for launching campaigns and other time bound deliverables
∎ Excellent communications and interpersonal relationship/stakeholder management skills in both writing (Bangla and English) and personal interaction
∎ Taking ownership and delivering with integrity and sincerity at all levels
∎ Clear Voice, Smart, Honest, Energetic
∎ Hard working and team playing approach

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary depends on experience & skill
