Additional Requirements:
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design.
Proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Photoshop & Illustrator
- (Bonus) Knowledge of motion graphics, colour grading, or sound design.
- Strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to understand mental health–focused content and translate it into meaningful visuals.
Responsibilities & Context:
Position: Video Editor & Graphic Designer (Onsite/Full-time)
Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM (Sunday–Thursday)
Location: 50, Lake Circus, Dolphin Goli, Dhaka 1205

Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality, engaging video content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram Reels, and other digital platforms.
- Design visually appealing thumbnails, posters, banners, and social media creatives aligned with MindShaper’s brand identity.
- Develop promotional graphics for digital campaigns, workshops, advertisements, and awareness initiatives.
- Edit podcasts with clean audio mixing, smooth transitions, and professional visual formatting.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to execute creative ideas effectively.
- Maintain consistency in brand elements, colour palettes, and visual storytelling.
