Job Context:
∎ URGENT HIRING!
∎ MindShaper - A Mental Health Wellbeing Platform, is urgently looking for Experienced and Dynamic Counseling Psychologist and/or Clinical & Counseling Psychologist.
∎ Salary: 20,000 BDT to 40,000 BDT (based on required skills & experience)
∎ Working hours: 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM
∎ Working Days: Sunday to Thursday (Occasionally on Weekends)
∎ Last date of Application: As Immediately as Possible
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Talks to individuals and fosters their positive mental health and personal growth.
∎ Evaluates patients' needs and accommodates them accordingly.
∎ Studies factors that affect human behavior.
∎ Develops treatment plans.
∎ Administers psychological tests and determines results.
∎ Openly follows to the instructions given by the management and company requirements
∎ Counseling: Provides counseling by leading group or individual sessions.
∎ Behavioral: Researches variations in behavioral patterns over a person's lifespan, examines societal trends, and attempts to correct disorders caused by improper development.
∎ Forensic: Works with law enforcement officials and acts as experts in various legal cases, assesses competency, works with witnesses, and performs psychological evaluations.
∎ Clinical: Works to prevent, diagnose and treat mental disorders, and works with physicians to determine the best course of treatment for patients
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
