Responsibilities & Context:
What you'll do
• Edit VSL-style ads for DTC brands: hook, problem, solution, proof, offer, CTA
• Deliver 14-24 ads per month
• Pace, cut and layer B-roll, captions, sound design and motion so the ad holds attention
• Work from scripts and voiceovers, including AI-generated B-roll and stock or UGC footage
• Turn around revisions fast and clean
What we're looking for
• Solid experience editing direct-response or VSL ads (portfolio required)
• Strong storytelling and retention instincts. You know why a cut works, not just how to make it.
• Fluent in Premiere Pro or CapCut, with After Effects as a plus
• Clean captions, text and audio mixing
• Follows a QC checklist and checks your work before delivery
• Communicates clearly and responds on time (we use Discord)
• Good English for reading briefs and feedback
