1. Proven experience as a Video Editor and Motion Graphics Artist with a strong portfolio.
2. In-depth knowledge of video editing software and motion graphics tools, also AI tools for enhanced Video and Motion graphics productivity and creativity.
3. Creative mindset with the ability to bring concepts to life visually.
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Ability to work independently, deliver the final project and as part of a team. 
7. Familiarity with the latest trends in video editing and motion graphics.
8. Continued education and training in relevant software and techniques.
9. Green screen remove, Clean edge removal, Avoiding spill, Adjusting matte, Tolerance and Edge refinement settings.

Job Description

Mojaru is seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor and Motion designer Expert to join our creative dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in video editing, motion graphics design, and visual storytelling. This individual will play a crucial role in elevating the quality and impact of our video content across various platforms.

Responsibilities

1. Video Editing:- Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling and polished videos and create unique story- Implement creative storytelling techniques to enhance narrative flow. -Ensure seamless transitions, audio synchronization, and overall video coherence.
2. Color grading:-Enhance the footage quality and visual representation based on the story demand.  
3. Motion Graphics:- Design and create visually stunning motion graphics that align with the brand`s aesthetic.- Integrate motion graphics seamlessly into video content to enhance engagement.- Stay updated on industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the team.
4. Collaboration:- Work closely with creative and marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.- Collaborate effectively to bring ideas to life and maintain brand consistency.
5. Technical Proficiency:- Demonstrate expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, After Effects, ).- Mastery of motion graphics tools ( Adobe After Effects)- Stay current with advancements in video editing and motion graphics software and Plugins.
6. Quality Control:- Ensure all videos meet high-quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.- Conduct thorough reviews of videos for technical accuracy, visual appeal, and storytelling impact.
7. Project Management:- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.- Communicate project progress and potential roadblocks to creative team
8. Green Screen Removal (Chroma Keying): Utilize software like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro to remove green screen backgrounds. Ensure clean edges and avoid spill to maintain the subject’s natural appearance. Adjust keying settings such as matte, tolerance and edge refinement to achieve a seamless look.
