Responsibilities & Context:

দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্য (Job Responsibilities):

- রিলস, সাক্ষাতকার, মার্কেটিং,ডকুম্যান্টারি ইত্যাদি ভিডিও নিয়ে কাজ করতে হয়।

- ভিডিও কনটেন্ট (YouTube, Facebook এর জন্য) এডিট করতে হবে।

- ভিডিওতে সাবটাইটেল, ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ড মিউজিক ও ইফেক্ট যুক্ত করা।

- প্রোমোশনাল পোস্ট, ব্যানার, থাম্বনেইল ও বিজ্ঞাপনী ডিজাইন তৈরি করা।

- নিয়মিতভাবে নতুন ভিডিও আইডিয়া ও ডিজাইন কনসেপ্ট প্রস্তাব করা।

- থামনেইল ডিজাইন, পোস্টার ইত্যাদি ক্রিয়েটিভ ভাবে তৈরি করতে হবে।

- পেশাদার মনোভাব বজায়, নতুন বুদ্ধিমত্তা সংযোজন করতে হবে।

- টিম-ওয়ার্ক করতে জানতে হবে এবং কাজের প্রেসার নেয়ার সক্ষ্যমতা থাকা জরুরি।

- কাজের কোয়ালিটি এবং কোয়ান্টিটিতে ব্যালেন্স রাখতে জানতে হবে।

- মার্কেটিং টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া কন্টেন্ট তৈরি করা।

- নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে কাজ সম্পন্ন করা ও ফাইল ম্যানেজমেন্টে দক্ষতা দেখানো।

• Festival/Eid Bonuses (2): 40% of monthly salary
