Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Divine Mercy Nursing Institute is a project of The Christian Co-operative Credit Union Ltd. (CCCUL) Dhaka. It is located on the outskirts of Dhaka city at proximity to the Dhaka By Pass National Highway at Mothbari, Ulukhola Kaligonj, Gazipur (approx. 12 kilometers from Kuril, Bishwaroad).
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing the policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure that all students are supervised in a safe learning environment that meets the approved curricula and mission of the College.
∎ Establish and promote high standards and expectations for all students and staff for academic performance and responsibility for behavior.
∎ Efficient management of both external and internal stakeholders
∎ Manage, evaluate and supervise effective and clear procedures for the operation and functioning of the extracurricular activities, discipline systems to ensure a safe and orderly climate, building maintenance, program evaluation, personnel management, office operations, and emergency procedures.
∎ Supervise academic staff on a day-to-day basis ensuring that students receive the highest quality of education.
∎ Allocate teaching responsibilities to the academic staff as agreed by the principal and in the academic board.
