Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Medical Assistants are responsible for Clinical tasks in Medical center of the Factory. She will bear a hand by filling new employees forms, measuring height and weight and as advice by the superior.
∎ • Perform preliminary physical tests like blood pressure, weight, temperature; and related other tasks.
∎ • Keep Medicine supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
∎ • Coordinate with HR regarding new joinee medical checkup reports.
∎ • Provide First Aid, Health Care, Immunizations etc.
∎ • Prescribe or recommend Medicines or other forms of treatment, such as Physical Therapy, Inhalation Therapy, Medical Devices or other related therapeutic procedures.
∎ • Check the health status of pregnant employees and maintain register during the pregnancy period.
∎ • Training and educating factory's First Aider and keeping record accordingly.
∎ • Regular checking up the medicine of First Aid box.
∎ • Perform other related duties as when assigned by the Superior, Medical officer and Management.
