∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in hospital construction or maintenance of any reputed hospital is mandatory.
∎ Excellent proficiency in MS-Word, Excel, MS-Project, Auto CAD and Design related software.
∎ Experience of high-risk projects preferably with basements will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Good interpersonal skills, excellent teamwork, coordination & proactive attitude, especially with Management & Site Office.
∎ Must work well in team oriented, fast-paced environment and have experience in the field job.
∎ Must be independently motivated and schedule-driven with a proven history of successful coordination and meeting deadlines and have a flexible schedule.
∎ Vast Knowledge of Structure, Construction & Finishing, all types of Maintenance work, and Project Management.
∎ Ability to work independently & under pressure.
∎ Smart, Energetic and Hardworking.
∎ Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.
∎ The candidate should have knowledge structural related software analysis.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Co-ordination with the entire Department that is involved in the Project.
∎ Responsible for completing project-assigned work within the Scheduled time as per targets set by management.
∎ The management committee within the proposed complex should have a spontaneous opinion-making process in future proposed planning activities.
∎ Prepare technical proposals and method statements as per task requirements.
∎ Collect specifications and price index documents related to civil & project works in Bangladesh.
∎ Set meetings with related government officials if necessary for project tasks per requirements.
∎ Work closely with Supply Chain, Land & Legal, and Accounts departments to prepare design, spec, and cost estimates to execute project work.
∎ Assist the Head of Department in gathering marketing information and market analysis.
∎ Perform any other jobs assigned by the management.
∎ BOQ and tender schedule ready for selecting contractors.
∎ Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress; Construction site inspection and supervision; and verifying calculations and placements.
∎ All the maintenance-related works of the project should be carried out properly with the cooperation of all the departments.

∎ Divine Mercy Hospital Ltd. (DMHL) is a dynamic project of The Christian Co-operative Credit Union Ltd. (CCCUL) Dhaka. It is located on the outskirts of Dhaka city at proximity to the Dhaka By Pass National Highway at Mothbari, Ulukhola, Kaligonj, Gazipur.
∎ Divine Mercy Hospital is a 300 bedded multi-disciplinary hospital established with the aim of providing quality health care services at affordable costs to the people of all segments of the society of Bangladesh. It will provide 24 hours emergency and ambulance services, with round the clock doctors, available for treatment of various discipline.
