∎ Effective communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Obtain health history and perform physical examination of the patients.
∎ Diagnosis and direct counselling of each patient on a plan of treatment.
∎ Provide first aid treatment in accordance with Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC) and professional practice guidelines.
∎ Updates patient charts and maintain records and timely reporting to HR Department.
∎ Keeping records and documentation of patient injuries.
∎ Assessment, planning, implementation and maintain high standard of nursing care for patients.
∎ Assist physician during examinations and treatments, preparing patients and ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
∎ Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention, providing necessary instructions and follow-up care.
∎ Assist in performing minor surgical procedures if necessary.
∎ Participate in staff outreach and off-site health care programs in the hotel service area as assigned.
∎ Participate in peer review, quality assurance, clinical and other meetings.
∎ Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service.
∎ Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems.
∎ Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality.
∎ Adheres to the hotel policies and procedures.
∎ Keep the Hotel Doctor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
∎ Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
∎ Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other hotel employees to foster and promote a co-operative and harmonious working environment.
∎ At all times projects a favorable image of the Hotel to the public.
∎ Actively support and promote Workplace Health and Safety within the work environment.
∎ Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by the Hotel Doctor or his/her designate.
∎ Provide Brand Standard genuine hospitality and Team work on an on-going basis.
∎ Maintain the privacy and dignity of all patients and reporting any difficulties to Hotel Doctor.
