• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

• 10 Years of teaching experience

• At least 5 years out of 10 years at any good standing school/college.

• Have commitment and experience in fostering value-based education.

• High proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Creative, innovative, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Working Area: Sylhet City Corporation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead all the relevant administrative & Academic teams/activities.

• Help & support staff development and ensure a positive & creative academic environment.

• Help develop efficient classroom operations that lead to better student outcomes and optimization of operational efficiency.

• Develop & manage student information system that includes enrollment and academic performance/excellence.

• Implement Academy policies, academic plans, and value-based initiatives.

• Supervise curriculum implementation, teaching quality, and assessment processes.

• Lead & foster co-curricular activities, community service activities, and moral/character-building programs.

• Ensure compliance with educational board regulations, safety standards, and institutional policies.

• Follow and ensure child right and safeguarding issues are maintained.

• Two festival bonuses in a year. Each bonus equivalent to basic of salary/50% of gross.
