Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Education (M.Ed), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master of Education (M.Ed) Masters in any field
∎ minimum of a 2:1 Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed) along with substantial experience and evidence of continued professional development in teaching and learning. i.e Postgraduate Certificate, PGCE , Cambridge PDQ
∎ Skills Required: Administration, Coordination, Education Industry, Fluent In English, Human Resource Management, QUALITY ASSURANCE, teaching and training

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out the duties of this post in the line with the remit outlined in the current British Curriculum guidance and Cambridge Education Board including the conditions of employment for Vice Principal and the school own policy.
∎ Under the overall direction of the Principal and the BBS board play a lead role :
∎ In formulating the aims objectives of the school and establishing the policies through which they are to be achieved
∎ Be responsible for standard and curriculum of all pupils including monitoring of progress towards achievement
∎ Proactively manage teaching staff and resources
∎ Take full academic delivery responsibility and support smooth administration for the school in the absence of the principal
∎ Carry out the professional duties of a teacher as required
∎ Take responsibility for child protection issues as a appropriate
∎ Take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding they welfare of children and young people within the school.
∎ In partnership with the principal and BBS board established and implement an ambitions vision and ethos for the future of school
∎ Play leading role in the school improvement and self- evaluation planning
∎ In collaboration with the principal, devise, implement and monitor action plans and other policy developments
∎ Promote a culture of inclusion with in the school community where all views are valued and take in to account
∎ Support and work in collaboration with administration team in implementing marketing strategy to recruit new students and enhance school business
∎ Be an excellent role model, exemplifying a high standard of teaching and promoting high expectations for all members of the school community
∎ In collaboration with the principal, contribute to the development and delivery of training and support for staff
∎ Monitor and review all aspects of the curriculum including planning, recording and reporting, assessment for learning and the development of a creative and appropriate curriculum for all pupils, using the school syllabus and frame work for delivery.
∎ With the Principal, Lead the processes involved in monitoring evaluating and challenging the quality of teaching and learning taking place throughout the school, including lesson observation to ensure consistency and quality.
∎ Ensure the systemic teaching of basic skills and recording of impact is consistently high across the school
∎ Develop, review systems to ensure robust evaluation of school performance ,progress data and action to secure improvements comparable to appropriate international standards
∎ Ensure through leading by example the active involment of pupils and staff in their own learning
∎ Organize and support the induction of staff new to the school and those being trained within the school
∎ Participate as required in the selection and appointment of teaching and support staff, including overseeing the work of supply staff/trainees/volunteers in the school in the absence of the principal
∎ Take responsibility and accountability for identified areas of leadership ,including, statistical analysis of pupil groups, progress data and target setting
∎ Work with the principal to deliver an appropriate programmer of professional development for all staff including quality coaching and mentoring, in line with the school improvement plan and performance management
∎ Lead regular reviews of all school systems to ensure curriculum criteria and official membership requirements, are being met and improved on where appropriate
∎ Working with the Principal and BBS Board ,undertake key activities related to professional, personnel/HR issue with in the area of responsibilities
∎ Manager HR and other leadership processes as appropriate e.g. sickness absence, disciplinary, capability
∎ Ensue a consistent approach to standards of behavior , attendance and punctuality are implemented across the school
∎ Ensure the day-today effective organization and running of the school including the deployment of the staff as appropriate
∎ To undertake any professional duties, reasonably delegated by the principal
∎ Promote and protect the health and safety welfare of pupils and staffs
∎ Take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and the young people within the school
∎ Work with the principal in the developing the policies and practice, which promote inclusion, equality and the extended services that the school offer
∎ Promote the positive involvement of the parents/ careers in school life
∎ Also have an overview and lead on all administrative aspect of the school in consultation with the boards nominated director.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Specialized knowledge in academic year planning and implementation
∎ Oral and written communication skills
∎ Ability to lead teams with tested outcomes
∎ Problem solver and a go-getter
∎ Professional Certification - teacher trainings like CIDTT / CELTA / DELTA preferred
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in school setting
∎ Computer literacy is a must
∎ Teaching experience in reputed English medium schools.
∎ Good level of proficiency in English (both verbal & written)
