∎ We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate student counselor to join our Dhaka & Chattogram team. The responsibilities of the student counselor includes assisting students in every possible way from the very beginning. We need a top-notch student counselor who has a strong level of social perceptiveness, is gently persuasive, and has the ability to make students feel safe and secure with their study abroad goals.

∎ 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
∎ • Listening to students' academic, emotional, social, and behavioral concerns in an open and nonjudgmental way.
∎ • Working directly with students to develop solutions and set achievable goals.• Providing one-on-one career guidance and skills assessment to assist with their study abroad goals.
∎ • Helping students to prepare for admissions applications and other relevant assessments.
∎ • Providing students with guidance related to a career of their choice or which best fits their skill sets.
∎ • Developing, monitoring, and assisting with student counseling programs.
∎ • Assisting students in every possible way with their study abroad goals

∎ 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
∎ • Bachelor's degree in any field.
∎ • Minimum of 2 years professional counseling experience (UK/USA)
∎ • Knowledge of placement testing and career, personal, and educational and other relevant assessment.
∎ • Experience with counseling principles, techniques, and practices as applied to students' problems and developmental needs.
∎ • Excellent active listening and communication skills.
∎ • Patient, friendly, and accommodating personality.
∎ • Social perceptiveness and an understanding of body language.
∎ • Excellent interpersonal and mediation skills.
∎ • Time management and organizational skills
