Educational Requirements:

You will have successfully achieved a minimum of a 2:1 Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed) along with substantial experience and evidence of continued professional development in teaching and learning. i.e Postgraduate Certificate, PGCE , Cambridge PDQ
∎ O level, A level get Preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Microsoft Office
∎ Training/Trade Course: TKT,B.ED
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Excellent communication skills in English

∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Education, Education Administration/ Management, English Language, Teaching/ Training

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure effectiveness of the students in the following areas; socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually for the classes you are assigned to.
∎ Planning and preparing course, lessons & report.
∎ Teaching, according to the student's educational needs, assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress and attainment of pupils.
∎ To ensure development of students and provide equal opportunities for all.
∎ To work towards the success of the school as a class teacher and within a specific area of responsibilities.
∎ To prepare, provide and review lessons that leads to the effective education of the children in your charge and to develop their ability to take responsibility for their own learning.
∎ To fulfill the potential of each child in all areas of his/her development.
∎ To provide feedback to the higher authority about your class students who you are in charge of.
∎ To assess the abilities of all children in your care and develop their positive attitudes towards adult, peers, school property and work.
∎ To participate in arrangement for further training and development of your own professional skills and knowledge.
∎ To maintain a high standard of personal achievement in the assigned area of responsibility.
∎ To accept responsibility for the storage and maintenance of resource, use of equipment and materials pertaining to this area available in the school
∎ To liaise with senior members of staff.
∎ To keep the area of amendment under review and taking guidelines as appropriate after consultation with colleague and with the approval of the principal.
