Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directs and oversees overall Customer Service (both Group and Retail Insurance), Retail Policy servicing, Call Center, Social Media (Website, LinkedIn and Facebook) and Creative operation.
∎ Planning, Coordinating, Supervising and organize the overall functionalities of Customer Service (both Group and Retail Insurance), Retail Policy servicing, Call Center, Social Media and Creative operation.
∎ Develop service procedures and standards to ensure extraordinary customer service experience.
∎ Manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function.
∎ Create functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
∎ Responsible for high-level administrative functions within the department which include performance evaluations of staff, anticipation of staffing needs, design and implement training programs for strategic growth.
∎ Setting a clear mission for the team and deploying strategies focused towards that mission.
∎ Direct the team by providing coaching ,counseling and performance reviews.
∎ Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
∎ Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports.
∎ Recruit, mentor and develop Team and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
∎ Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
∎ Adhere to and manage the approved budget.
∎ Lead creative brainstorming sessions to develop and pitch new ideas for promoting Company brand through Website and Social Media.
∎ Making sure that brand guidelines are adhered to in all creative activities across the company.
∎ Manage Group Clients’ First Premium bill, Inclusion, Exclusion bill processing and Data preservation.

∎ Age at least 32 years

Salary: Negotiable
