Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform regular inspection, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of knitting machines, woven fabric machines and auxiliary equipment.
∎ Maintain and troubleshoot injection molding machines and metal power press machines to ensure optimal production efficiency.
∎ Operate, monitor and maintain factory utilities like air compressors, chillers, boilers, generators (diesel & gas), HVAC systems and water treatment units.
∎ Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and checklists for all equipment and utilities.
∎ Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and basic electrical issues across production and utility equipment.
∎ Support installation, commissioning and relocation of machines and utility systems.
∎ Work closely with the production team to ensure quick resolution of machine downtime and maintain productivity targets.
∎ Maintain inventory and ensure the availability of critical spare parts and maintenance supplies.
∎ Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), environmental, standards during maintenance activities.
∎ Provide technical support for machinery upgrades and energy-saving initiatives.
∎ BSC degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
∎ 8+ years hands-on experience in maintaining knitting & woven fabric machines, Injection molding machines, power press and metal stamping machines, generic utilities and required all,
∎ Strong knowledge on mechanical systems, pneumatics, solar panel, hydraulics and basic industrial electricals.
∎ Familiarity with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and preventive maintenance practices.
∎ Job Summary:
∎ To ensure the efficient operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of all production and utility equipment, including knitting & woven machinery, injection molding machines, power presses and general utilities (HVAC, compressors, boilers, generators, etc.) in support of uninterrupted furniture & decor manufacturing operations.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
