∎ Master's Degree from development studies/ social science/ statistics or any other relevant departments
∎ Research experience and publication (both qualitative and quantitative).
∎ Expertise in program design, monitoring and evaluation.
∎ Proposal development for resource acquisition.
∎ Developing partnership for social innovation.
∎ Research publication and op-ed publication in the newspaper.
∎ Attitude that is team focused with the skills and ability to work independently and collaborate among an interdepartmental collaborative environment.
∎ Adept in capturing leaning and documentation.
∎ Skilled in report writing.
∎ Experienced in developing collaboration with the INGOs and Universities.
∎ Have updated knowledge on innovation.
∎ Experienced in Developing write up and share with newspaper l for media.
∎ Developing policy brief.
∎ At least 5-7 years of experience of working in the research / knowledge management / innovation / urban programming from any reputed organizations.
∎ Persons having any experience of incorporating/scaling up of social innovation will be highly appreciated.
∎ Experience in data collection, analysis and use of child-focused information to produce behavioral change communication products.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Urban Knowledge Management- Capturing, documenting and sharing best practices, success stories and lessons learned and preparing policy briefs and articles from research and sharing with both internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis and ensuring digital storage of all the relevant documents. Generating social innovation ideas & developing collaboration with the universities, private sectors/I/NGOs/ UN, Private Sectors or any other relevant stakeholders for collaborative research and for expansion of innovation and developing social innovation lab.
∎ Enhance Urban Program Innovation- Organizing innovation challenges, piloting and scaling up of innovation in the APs. Sharing, engaging and maintaining regular communication with the internal and external stakeholders for ensuring the sustainability of innovation and extending support in capacity building on innovation for the urban team.
∎ Partnering for Innovation and resource acquisition: Exploring the partners for social innovation, developing concept notes and resource acquisition for innovation.
∎ Communication for Development: Maintaining networking with the media and sharing op-eds/ stories from urban programs and publications in the media·
∎ Extended support in Urban advocacy campaigns: Supporting in conducting advocacy initiatives following a city-wide approach
∎ This position will be responsible for leading knowledge management, research and innovation for urban programming. S/he is responsible for developing KM strategy for the urban programs, capturing case studies/ best practice/ success stories. He/she would organize Urban Innovation Challenge, develop partnership/forum for innovation, monitor the innovations, and contribute to resource acquisition from innovation for the urban program.
∎ Key Deliverables:
