∎ The University Selection & Research Specialist will:
∎ Research global universities and academic programs
∎ Evaluate student profiles
∎ Provide customized university shortlists
∎ Help students make informed decisions based on academic, financial, and career goals
∎ 🔍 Key Responsibilities
∎ 🔎 Research universities, programs, tuition fees, and scholarships in popular study destinations
∎ 🧑🎓 Analyze student profiles and recommend suitable universities
∎ 📅 Maintain up-to-date databases of deadlines, requirements, and program details
∎ 🤝 Collaborate with counseling and documentation teams to ensure smooth application processes
∎ 🎯 Assist in identifying scholarship opportunities and building strategies
∎ 🌐 Communicate with partner institutions and use online admission portals when needed
∎ ✅ Candidate Requirements
∎ 🎓 Minimum Bachelor's degree (Education, English, Business, or similar field preferred)
∎ 🗂️ At least 1 year of experience in education consultancy or international university applications
∎ 💬 Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla (spoken and written)
∎ 🧠 Excellent research and critical analysis skills
∎ 💻 Familiarity with global admission systems (e.g., CommonApp, UCAS, ApplyTexas) is a plus
