About the Role
We are seeking two talented UI/UX Engineers with moderate professional experience to join our team. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design and develop intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs.
Work with developers to ensure seamless integration of UI designs into functional products.
Optimize user experience by improving navigation, layout, and overall design flow.
Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: More than 2 years of proven experience in UI/UX design and front-end implementation.
Proficiency in UI/UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.).
Proficient in AI tools for design generation, user research, design systems, and prototyping while ensuring quality and brand consistency.
Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
Ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive user flows and designs.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
