∎ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
∎ Experience with responsive web design and mobile app design.

∎ Familiarity with agile development processes.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand user requirements and business goals.
∎ Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas.
∎ Design intuitive and elegant user interfaces that enhance user experience.
∎ Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
∎ Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
∎ Iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (portfolio required).
∎ Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
∎ Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability.
∎ Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
∎ Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
∎ Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Salary:
∎ 20,000 to 50,000 BDT (Based on experience)
