For UI/UX Designer/Software Engineer, requirements are given below:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.

• Develop high-fidelity UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites and applications function and look like.

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.

• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.

• Implement responsive design principles to ensure seamless experiences across various devices and screen sizes.

• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code using modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.

• Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into design and development processes as appropriate.

• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from internal teams and end-users to iterate on designs and enhance usability.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and development skills.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

• Strong proficiency in front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp).

• Knowledge of server-side programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python) and RESTful API design is a plus.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
