Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Employ a range of human-centered design techniques, such as conceptual models, personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, to determine and convey design decisions.
∎ Utilize up-to-date knowledge of designing software and technologies, with a preference for Figma.
∎ Create and maintain clear concepts of auto layouts, variants, constraints, design systems/style guides, and grid systems for long-term projects.
∎ Apply extensive experience in UX design best practices to design mobile-first and responsive solutions.
∎ Deliver high-quality designs for mobile, tablet, and desktop experiences.
∎ Collaborate with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences.
∎ Promote user-centered decision-making based on cohesive design principles and patterns.
∎ Develop and maintain documentation to guide engineering teams.Stay updated on recent design trends and best practices.
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Diploma in Computer, or Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Graphics Design or Multimedia ETC Preferable.
∎ 2 to 4 years of professional designing experience.
∎ Experience in multinational companies preferred.
∎ Must have a few approved designs in ThemeForest.
∎ Age: 20 to 40 years.
∎ Strong knowledge of web design and mobile app design.
∎ Familiarity with UX research approaches, user flows, user personas, and site maps.
∎ Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Adobe XD.Active, punctual, and willing to learn.
∎ Fluent in English and Bangla communication skills.
∎ Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently.
∎ Knowledge of Agile methodologies, WordPress design, and working with elements is a plus.
∎ Comfortable with Agile development processes, Git, and GitHub.
