Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience with visual design, user testing tools and design software
∎ Experience in responsive design
∎ Experience with Mobile UI/UX Design
∎ Experience with taking classes as an UI/UX educator
∎ Experience in working at Freelancing platform like Upwork and more
∎ Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering team to create intuitive and easy tonavigate designs for a highly technical and complex tool set.
∎ Create designs and interfaces for cloud-based application and data integration platform.
∎ Work with Product Owners and Engineers to define user requirements, wireframes and rapid Prototypes for existing and new functionality.
∎ Create and manage graphic content for web and application interfaces.
∎ Conduct customer usability testing to validate UX proposals
∎ Participate in UX and Design Thinking to contribute to holistic experiences that solve for userneeds and business goals
∎ Play a central role in the execution of customer inquiries for a product or experience, helping to conduct sessions, analyze feedback, and identify needs and insights to inform or evolve
∎ Clients product experience
∎ Drive design discussions and collaborative sessions with teams and stakeholders, helping generate concepts and inspire peers and teams
∎ Deliver high fidelity schematics, workflows, interaction storyboards, and design deliverables that guide creative, content, and development efforts.
∎ Assist in the planning and estimating of design activities, participating in broader workstream coordination and expectation setting.
∎ Contribute to Clients' UX discipline and community, adopting core approaches and tools, helping identify challenges and solutions, and enabling a fertile creative environment
∎ Maintain an awareness of industry and UX trends, sharing with peers and the broader community and leveraging them within the design lifecycle
∎ Develop and direct the user experience of all branded e-commerce website(s); enhance the web sites' user interface by creating visual and functional elements within the design. Find new ways to improve the user experience by researching our customers and testing usability of the sites. Work with developers to ensure design team is providing information needed to complete a project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2+ years as a professional web/interactive designer preferably working with e-commerce sites for a brand
∎ Experience with e-commerce content management systems, Magento Platform a plus
∎ Expert knowledge in HTML (includes hand coding in HTML)
∎ Expert knowledge or HTML editors
∎ Expert CSS skills
∎ Expert Photoshop skills
∎ Intermediate In Design skills for wireframing
∎ Intermediate to Expert Flash skills
∎ Intermediate to Expert Javascript/Jquery skills
∎ Strong knowledge of UI and interactive design skills
∎ Strong knowledge of user interface design and usability, in addition to a strong knowledge of color, layout, design principles, and typography
