Educational Requirements:
∎ As per Private University Act 2010, a candidate is required to have a minimum of post graduate degree.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and financial management development system including familiarity with financial management software, preferably with a PhD in the field of Finance/Commerce/Accounting/Economics. This is an end of career leadership position - good health, disciplined work habits and full-time availability are required.
∎ Treasurer's overall responsibility is to supervise the university funds and ensure record keepings of the revenue and expenditure accounts, and be responsible for the annual budget preparation, financial management, discipline and accounting.
∎ Treasurer will provide leadership and oversee all aspects of finance and accounts including relevant planning, revenue and expenditure analysis, payroll and management of investments and risks, accounting, tax, audit, compliance obligations and other relevant activities; will also advise the Chairman, Board of Trustees, and Vice Chancellor on all matters relating to finance, accounting and infrastructure development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 15 years of professorial teaching, administrative or financial management experience.
