Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Driving

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • To maintain Vehicle update documents from BRTA, registration,insurance,fitness, tax, token, route permit and police cases etc.
∎ • To prepare and maintain shift VEHICLE operation planning.
∎ • Ensure DO distribution as per plan.
∎ • Responsible for communication with the driver during the trip for their problem on route related to delivery.
∎ • To take proper initiative in case of road accidents and deal with legal affairs relating to the matters consulting with higher authority.
∎ • Ensuring and checking all bills relating to fuel, labor bill &, etc.
∎ • Issue fuel as KMPL.
∎ • It must be ensured that all vehicles are properly maintained for customer services during shift.
∎ • Monitoring group leader, other employees during shift for day to day operation and guide them as & when required.
∎ • Communicate with section/department head as when required.
∎ • Keeping various registers (vehicle/ driver movement, fuel/accessories, repairs, fitness).
∎ • Vehicles schedule on the necessity and fulfilling emergency transportation needs as and when required.
∎ • Detecting vehicles' faults and arrange for repairs.
∎ • Maintain accurate and on-time entry of all 'trip recording' (such as fuel consumption, trip time calculations) of vehicles in ERP system

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
