Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and oversee the transport (covered van) rent operations and services all over the country.
∎ Day-to-day update of all documents, including Tax Token, Registration and Fitness Certificate.
∎ Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely transportation services.
∎ Address and resolve transport-related issues, including vehicle breakdowns, traffic incidents, and route optimization.
∎ Supervise the transport team, including drivers, technicians, and support staff, to maintain high performance and discipline.
∎ Maintain liaison and negotiate with different transport agencies all over the country for covered van rent and services.
∎ Prepare daily cash collection reports and submit to head of accounts.
∎ Any other responsibilities given by the Management.
