Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters from a reputed university with good CGPA and having no third class. CSE graduate or MBA in marketing will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Map out annual training plans for BITM (Level of Training, duration of training etc.) through Training need analysis.
∎ Take initiatives to design, prepare, revise training materials including training curriculums/ modules and maintain training records
∎ Take necessary measures for assessment of the trainees by the external and qualified assessors;
∎ Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each session to determine the scope of further improvement of our process.
∎ Manage and ensure training facilities and equipment available in the Training Labs
∎ Identifying the Target Group and promote BITM as a training brand for the ICT industry through proper marketing initiatives.
∎ Responsible for monitoring overall functions of the institute, including students enrollment & scheduling.
∎ Conducting Research among all other Training providers and recommend trainings on disruptive technology and or other trainings and methods.
∎ To mobilize Universities, Stakeholders and Training partners.
∎ Perform any other job to be assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of work experience in handling Training activities in a Training Institute. Previous work experience as a Training Coordinator, Training Facilitator.
∎ Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training programs and managing the team as a team leader.
∎ Adequate knowledge on physical training, eLearning and online courses
∎ Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assesses needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).
∎ Strong communication skills both verbal and written
∎ Advanced computer skills especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
