Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Call Center Management, Call Center Operation, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Call centre training
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center

Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a trainer, you will be responsible to deliver training to the enrolled students and to build them as a professionally skilled person
∎ You will be involved in all aspects of training
∎ Daily report to the In Charge and work closely with all staffs
∎ Keeping up-to-date all the necessary training documents
∎ Monitoring, evaluating and reviewing the quality and effectiveness of training
∎ Keep attendance and other records
∎ Should be flexible for roster system

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years of customer service work experience
∎ Minimum 2 years of Training/Managerial experience
∎ Must have experience on Training and Customer service
∎ Must have good knowledge on MS-Excel, PowerPoint & Word
∎ Good & attractive presentation quality
∎ Should have excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
∎ Must be flexible to work under pressure
∎ Able to interact and deal with people from all levels and all backgrounds
