Experience:

• 2 to 5 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• B.Sc. in CSE degree will get preference

• Educational qualification will be relaxed if candidates having 5 years’ Experience in the related field

• Age 22 to 40 years

Graphic Design:

• At least 2 years of teaching experience in Skill development & IT training institutes

• Proven work experience in international marketplaces (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.) with a successful track record. (Mandatory)

• Proven professional experience in Graphic Design with a strong portfolio.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and online tools like Canva/Figma.

• Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring (preferred).

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of international freelancing marketplaces (Upwork, Fiverr) is highly desirable.

• Ability to inspire and motivate learners to pursue design careers.

  Video Editing/Motion Graphics:

• At least 2 years of teaching experience in Skill development & IT training institutes

• Proven professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of edited videos and animated graphics.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), or equivalent tools.

• Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring (preferred).

• Creative storytelling skills with attention to detail.

Graphics Design

Job Context:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Graphic Design Trainer to guide and mentor students in professional graphic design practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in design software, creative visualization, typography, branding, and digital illustration, along with the ability to effectively teach and inspire learners. The trainer will play a key role in developing students’ creative abilities and preparing them for real-world design projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver lessons on design fundamentals, typography, color theory, branding, and layout.

• Teach software tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and other modern design platforms.

• Guide learners in practical projects: logo design, social media creatives, posters, web banners, print materials, and mockups.

• Provide training on portfolio building for freelancing marketplaces (Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).

• Encourage creativity through assignments, critiques, and design challenges.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

• Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and mentor career growth.

• Collaborate with the training team to improve curriculum quality and delivery.

  Video Editing/Motion Graphics

  Job Context:

  We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editing & Motion Graphics Instructor to train and mentor students in professional video production and post-production. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in video editing software, motion graphics design, and storytelling techniques, along with the ability to teach these skills effectively.

  Job Responsibilities:

• Teach video editing fundamentals including cutting, transitions, sound design, and color correction.

• Deliver training on industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools.

• Guide students in creating professional-quality projects: ads, social media reels, explainer videos, corporate videos, and animations.

• Teach motion graphics, typography animation, logo animation, and visual effects.

• Assist learners in building strong portfolios for freelancing and professional careers.

• Stay updated with the latest video production trends, tools, and techniques.
