Educational Requirements:
∎ M.A or B.A in English Literature/ Language/ ELT /TESOL/Linguistics is required from any UGC approved university (IELTS will be added advantage).

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare an effective training schedule for all organization demands and provide program status for all students and other stakeholders and prepare all courses according to required timeframe
∎ Planning, preparing and researching lessons
∎ Develop effective relationships with all students in order to implement all course materials.
∎ Analyze all processes and recommend changes to ensure cost efficiency of all processes and also create student friendly training environment that result in minimum 90% students should be present in each training session.
∎ Provide training to all students and design in order to pass as all students in the respected central examination.
∎ Design all training materials for students and documents (e.g., pptx, docx, pdf, etc.) all courses for classroom implementation and coordinate with respected Center Coordinator to ensure all project requirements.
∎ Monitor and facilitate in all training sessions for classroom teaching and analyze all delivery issues and mitigate all risks and provide cross function resolutions to improve course curriculum.
∎ Provide required online/offline support for all students when necessary.
∎ Making use of new technology such as distance learning or video conferencing when necessary (Govt. lockdown)
∎ Provide training/ take extra classes to all students and organize various training sessions for all new students/ for the students weak in studies to clear queries and explain concepts of various lessons.
∎ Collaborate with students as they should be motivated to attend classes regularly and students weak in studies should be supported and inspired to improve. You must spending contact time with students on an individual or group basis
∎ Provide tests as per given test schedule to monitor effectiveness of you and your students know how much they have learned, by reinforcing course material or by requiring students to use or think about what they have learned in a new way.
∎ Prepare tests that should be designed with primary course objectives in mind and should cover material from all components of a course.
∎ Checking and assessing students' work and giving feedback and prepare progress reports for all students
∎ You may have to collaborate with Center Coordinator and provide support Coordinates activities for effectiveness and develops improved methods; devises evaluation methodology and implements; analyzes results and recommends and/or takes appropriate action.
∎ Initiate survey for all training sessions after course completion in coordination with students.
∎ Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of all training sessions and maintain records of all resource allocation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Having 1-2 year(s) of teaching experience. Experienced and higher educated person will be preferred
∎ Candidates with vendor certification of respected course given preference
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Administration, Education Administration/ Management, Teaching/ Training
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ IT Enabled Service, Training Institutes
∎ Ability to provide at least 24 lessons (3hrs/lesson) per week
∎ Ability to motivate others
∎ A patient and friendly approach to teaching
∎ Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in English and Bengali.
∎ Very good at MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point.
∎ Able to coordinate and work effectively in groups.
